Brandefy Review

*Neither brand is cruelty-free. Makeup Maven, Nitya, says: L'Oreal's highlighting and concealing pen only comes in 4 shades which is its biggest drawback. Both formulas are similar in consistency but YSL is more pigmented and provides better coverage. Both products apply to the skin and blend out well. If you can find the right shade of L'Oreal for you, switch to save.

I used the YSL many years and tried recently the L’Oréal one, and these aren’t similar at all. YSL is silky, blendable, works well or dry skin, L’Oréal enhances imperfections, is thick like shape tape. And the same shade as YSL looks greyish. So I wouldn’t call this a dupe for YSL, I would compare it with shape tape
