New Year's Resolution Seven: Self Care

This resolution is coming to you on National Bubble Bath Day (let’s give it up for the Instagram Holidays!). We couldn’t be more excited to share how we take care of ourselves. We’re also excited to wrap up the New Year’s Resolution series with this one because, well, love thyself.

Mountain Falls Ocean Spa Bubble Bath

We think this bath has a very pleasant scent- some “ocean” scented products tend to miss the mark in balancing a salty and sweet smell. This just smells like a sweet lotion you might wear to the beach. It has moisturizing components and gives a decent amount of bubbles. We will be indulging with this!

Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer vs. CVS Beauty 360 Showered Skin Moisturizing Lotion

Similarity Score: 90%

Great dupe! Very slightly different smells as Jergens is more floral and beauty 360 is a fresh scent. Both are nice!

GlamGlow SUPER CLEANSE Clearing Cream-to-Foam Cleanser vs. L’Oreal Skincare Pure-Clay Facial Cleanser

Simiarity Score: 86%

Our makeup maven says the GlamGlow has a strong smell of eucalyptus. L'Oreal has a faint smell it is not overpowering or unpleasant. Both foam up well after adding water & lathering between your hands. Both are easy to rinse off and make your face feel very fresh. We got more of a fresh tingly feeling with the GlamGlow due to eucalyptus but L'Oreal acted essentially in the same way that GG does. GG is $32 and L'Oreal is $6

Crest 3D White Glamorous White Multi-Care Whitening Mouthwash vs. up & up Splendid White Whitening Mouth Rinse

Similarity Score: 87%

Keep your pearly whites pearly white! The up&up actually seemed to smell a little better, a little mintier, but the aftertaste was slightly better with Crest--more mint and less hydrogen peroxide. Both rinsed similarly. The Crest was a straight screw-top, while the up&up required a pinch, as well. Buy Our Pick
