*AOA is cruelty-free while MAC is not* Makeup Maven, Kayla, says: MAC is $22 for 5 grams & Amuse is $1 for 5grams. Both products come in similar containers with a screw top. MAC is in a glass container while Amuse is in plastic. Texture wise both products also feel the same, I couldn't really tell the difference. Color wise it's almost identical in the jar but once swatched Amuse is slightly more pink than MAC. Both products are great as an eyeshadow primer or just use by itself. They both covered discoloration on my lids & blended out really well. I have hooded eyes and even so after about 8 hours of wear MAC didn’t show any creasing & Amuse showed very little creasing on my lid by the end of the day. Both products made my eyeshadow look more vibrant. If you’re looking for a good dupe for Painterly paint pot - Amuse Clean Slate is where it’s at. I think you’ll like it!
CONCLUSION Noticeable differences.
