The Muir Glen tomato paste is a little sweeter and a little smoother/creamier than the Publix version, but it's only really noticeable if you were having tomato paste on its own (not very likely). If cooking a recipe with other ingredients, the difference between these two is so small that it would be very hard to tell the difference.
