*According to Cruelty-Free Kitty, both Tarte and NYX are cruelty-free, but NYX's parent company, L'Oreal is not. Makeup Maven, Kimberly, says: Ever hear of the saying, 'If it's not broke, don't fix it?' Well, Tartelettes are up in arms over the new Tarte Creaseless Undereye Concealer. This product is an (attempted) improvement of the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. Though Tarte did add additional shades, the formula falls quite short. The formula is EXTREMELY sticky, and I found the coverage and blend-ability to be very poor. In fact, it creased on my eyelids before I even finished my makeup! NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop Concealer, on the other hand, had the complete opposite results. The formula was very smooth and wasn't sticky at all. The coverage and the shade selection for a drugstore concealer were also very impressive. Best of all, no creasing ALL DAY - even in Virginia summer heat! Save your money and go with NYX!
