Makeup Maven, Kayla, says: Tarte is $27 for 10 ml of product & NYX is about $9 for 3.50 ml of product. Tarte has a large doe foot applicator and NYX has a thin angled doe foot which I really like because you can get into small detailed areas more easily. NYX isn't as thick as Tarte. I don't think NYX is nearly as full coverage as Tarte. I feel like trying to cover my under eye takes a bit more product compared to Tarte. I do have dry under eyes which is prone to creasing but to fix that I use a generous amount of setting powder after. Tarte doesn't crease on me throughout the day as long as I do this. However, on the other hand, NYX started creasing on me right after I blended it out. Once I set it with setting powder the creasing kind of went away but it looked very crepe-like under the eye and it made my lines look much worse than they really are. I wasn't a fan. NYX may be cheaper but you get less product for the price and you need more product to do what you want. So, in the end, I wouldn't repurchase NYX instead I would save and splurge for Tarte. NYX may be better at spot concealing but for me it did not work well under eye concealing/high lighting.
