*Both brands are cruelty-free according to Ethical Elephant. Makeup Maven, Caleigh, says: I compared Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette of Pops in Pillow Talk $53 and Milani Palette in Pure Passion $20. The colors in CT are so gorgeous!! CT comes with 4 colors and Milani comes with 12.
The blend-ability, packaging and smell are all the same. Both are beautiful smooth palettes with plated gold holders for each color. Milani is bigger in size but still small enough to fit in a small makeup bag, while CT is very tiny and can fit in the palm of your hand. I am thrilled to say 4 color dupes were found in Milani to match the SAME ones in CT! Milani is even more pigmented, and just not as sparkly as CT, but the same exact colors are found in Milani. For more pigmentation, more colors than just the 4 in CT, and less money-Make the switch & go with Milani!
CONCLUSION Some small differences but similar overall.
