Brandefy Review

*According to Cruelty-Free Kitty, Charlotte Tilbury is cruelty-free, but Maybelline is NOT. Makeup Maven, Carianne, says: The Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser and Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away Concealer are both products that will cover your dark circles. The packaging is similar to a twist-up mechanism and a soft top so that you can simply swipe on the product and then blend in. In shades Light for Maybelline and Fair for CT, these products looked fantastic under my eyes, covering my dark circles for a whole workday. There is only one area in which CT came out ahead. CT is slightly more opaque and thicker as a product, and so it can be used to cover blemishes and dark spots, which is advertised with the product. Maybelline is a little thinner and more watery feel, so it was not able to cover dark spots or blemishes. In short, Charlotte Tilbury can be used more if you find the right shade, while Maybelline only works for under-eye circles.

CONCLUSION

Not very similar to the name brand.

Loved the Maybelline brightening shade for my under eye circles! It brightened and did not crease! Very good dupe for the CT.

The Maybelline age rewind was my go to for years to cover up my dark under eyes! I switched to the Maybelline fit me concealer a year ago and use that now. Both are amazing and better than any ones I’ve gotten from Sephora. (I have dry skin)

I haven’t tried tried the Charlotte Tilbury but I’ve been a longtime lover of the Maybelline. The component isn’t my favorite but the “brightener” really helps with my dark circles!

I use both! And you’re absolutely right in your description!! ?

I love the Maybelline for under my eyes and on my chin to kind of “highlight” that area. But for acne or blemishes, the Maybelline is not enough!
