*According to Cruelty-Free Kitty, ABH is cruelty-free. Makeup Revolution claims to be cruelty-free. Makeup Maven, MK (Michael), says: First I have to say that the Makeup Revolution Prime Set Glow spray has a drier finish than that of the Anastasia Shimmer Body Oil. Of course, we clearly can figure that out with one being a true oil and one having the benefits of being a setting spray. That being said some keywords were just mentioned. One is a setting spray which means it has tack and will last longer and one is an oil that absorbs into the skin and while doing quickly lose that shimmer you once had. While both products did give me my J-Lo glow there was a clear winner which honestly shocked me. First off let's give the Makeup Revolution Ready Set Glow the Grammy because it made my skin golden and glowy just one. Not only that it lasts a lot longer than the Anastasia Shimmer Body Oil which surprised me. Sure Anastasia has a glass bottle and the yummy smell but with the short lifespan of the product you will be blowing through this quickly and you only get 1.5 fl oz at $38 where you can have your summer glow with the Makeup Revolution ready set glow spray for $15 with a 6.76 fl oz bottle. Sure the smell isn't great but I can always spray some coconut body mist right on before I use this mist. So I hate to say it in this case size does matter and so does longevity. I do not recommend this one as a setting spray only a nice body shimmer. Make sure you shake the bottle really well to activate the gold fleck at the bottom and spray 6-10 inches from the skin or you will have solid gold patches. Go get your glow on and let the world see you shine without breaking the bank.
