One of the few instances where we found the packaging of the Loreal mascara to be similar in luxury as the Lancôme. However, it took Loreal two applications to achieve the same volume as one coat of Lancôme. Both have similar application wands. So if you don't mind working a little harder this is a great drugstore alternative!

Longtime Lancôme user, but attempting to save some $. Tried out the L’Oréal, per your suggestion and I have to agree! More coats, but same look overall!

I was purchasing brand after brand of expensive mascara never really finding the perfect one. After reading that Makeup by Mario swears by L’Oréal Voluminous I ran to the drug store to try it out and wow! I have wasted so much $ on expensive mascara including this Lancôme option. I always do multiple mascara coats regardless so for me there was no noticeable differences in the product.
