*Both of these products are cruelty-free. Makeup Maven, Kaleigh, says: These two products seem almost identical. Both products feature a 4 point felt tip that distributes product evenly along the brow with little to no smudge. While both products claim to be 24HR wear, as well as waterproof, I found that both products wore off at around 10 hours of wear. The packaging of these products is slightly different in terms of box shape and design but they are very similar nonetheless. The pens themselves appear to be the exact same other than color and branding. Tat Brow retails at $39.99 and Iconic Beauty at $12.00. I noted that Tat Brow offered 5 color options vs Iconic Beauty's 3 none of which being a blonde option. With all things considered, I would confidently state that Iconic Beauty is a near-perfect dupe for Tat Brow. If I had to pick between the two I would reach for the Iconic Beauty Pen every single time. Their branding is more appealing to the eye and the pricing makes it a no brainer decision.
