Packaging-wise, these two products seem similar. They both come in standard flip-top containers with clear lids so you can see the color, and neither comes with a mirror. When it comes to color, I would say these two products aren’t a very close match at all. The BareMinerals blush in the shade ‘That Peach Tho’ is definitely on the peachy/coral side and has more of a matte finish (there’s a tiny bit of shimmer but not much), whereas the e.l.f. blush in the shade ‘Always Silly’ is a true cool-toned pink with shimmer. While the BareMinerals blush is nice quality and is definitely more expensive ($24), I was wowed by the formula and staying power of the e.l.f. blush ($6). This blush is very pigmented and a little goes a very long way - so apply with a light hand! It does have a little bit of fallout, but nothing crazy. I enjoyed the BareMinerals blush too and didn’t have any complaints, and I really liked the shade. While the colors of the products weren’t a match, I noticed they have a very similar shade range when looking online. In this case, I would definitely opt for the e.l.f. blush and pick up several shades (you could get 4 blushes for the same price as one BareMinerals blush!). Plus, you get 10g worth of product with e.l.f. and only 6g with BareMinerals. The drugstore wins on this one!
