*Both brands are cruelty-free according to Cruelty-Free Kitty. Makeup Maven, Caleigh, says: Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette of Pops in Pillow Talk $53, and ColourPop Eyeshadow Palette in Sweet Talk $18. CT packaging includes a sleek dark palette with plated gold holders on the inside to hold the shadows, while CP has a more inexpensive look with magnetic closure and paper-covered design.
You get 4 shades in CT, and 12 in CP. The colors seem very similar in appearance but once tested were not quite the same as Charlotte Tilbury. The shades were off just enough to tell the difference. I would not say ColourPop is a complete dupe for a lover of this Charlotte Tilbury Palette because the colors are not exact just similar. The differences just seem too big to completely switch out the Charlotte Tilbury palette for this Colourpop one.
CONCLUSION Noticeable differences.
