Up & Up Sunscreen vs Neutrogena Ultra Sheer

All of the active ingredients in the Up & Up Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen SPF 30 are the same and same percentages of the active ingredients in the Neutrogena version -- however some minor inactive ingredients are different. However, the Up & Up Sheer Dry Touch looked and felt the same, and provided the same sun protection. The only other differences we noted were that the Up & Up version smelled ever-so-slightly sweeter, and that the Neutrogena cap is a screw off, where the Up & Up version is snap off.

I also appreciated that the labeling was matte and not shiny just like the Neutrogena version. It felt trendy to tote around the beach I was visiting, like toting around the name brand. The shiny CVS version did not.

Tested the Up & Up Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen and compared it to Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen. A few minor ingredient differences, but we give this store brand copycat a thumbs up.

All of the active ingredients are the same and present in the same percentages. Few minor changes in the inactive ingredients. Our review led us to think the minor differences did not matter!
