CVS Renewal vs Olay Regenerist

Olay Regenerist Moisturizer

I had high hopes that the CVS Version of Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Moisturizer would be the same as the Olay version, but as soon as I opened it I knew it wasn't. The CVS Renewal Anti-Aging Sculpting cream had completely separated into a chunky and liquid-y mess, which I spilled all over myself when I opened it. Even when I mixed the CVS version together, it wasn't far off from the smooth and thicker consistency of the Olay Regenerist version.

The picture does not do the standing liquid in the CVS version justice. It seperated so much that I spilled the CVS version on myself when opening.

While some people can get over this consisentcy difference, the ingredient panels suggest that the store brand version of this cream is not up to par with the Olay version, as the CVS version includes 28 additional ingredients that aren't present in the brand. This store brand version anti-aging cream was a no-go for us, despite the steep savings.
